" Nick listened to what I wanted to achieve and structured the day to that. He has a very good personal manner and his skill level inspires you to want to learn. Lots of little tricks were passed on. I had a great day and feel that a lot was learnt in a short space of time. Nick is a true gentleman who is completely Fanatical about Fly Fishing! but be careful its contagious!! "

““Nick is an excellent teacher and guide. As an experienced coarse angler I was really keen to give fly fishing a go and booked a day with Nick at Elinor Trout Fishery. Nick really sorted out my casting on the bank before we enjoyed a good day on the boat. On a difficult windy day, with a lot of colour in the water, we still managed 8 fish. My objective for the day was to catch my first trout on a fly and have the confidence to go out fly fishing on my own – these objectives were easily exceeded. I will definitely be out with Nick for other days and would whole heartedly recommend Nick to either experienced anglers or beginners alike.”

Fished at Eyebrook Reservoir....... ...“Amazing day - As a lad and dad pairing neither of whom had ever picked up a fly rod, you tailored the day perfectly!“ Noah aged 13 wrote - "My day with Nick was great, he was really good with the fact that I had never been Fly Fishing before. We caught 12 fish all of a good size and because of him I think we will start fly fishing more often".
